Braxton Hicks. I don't understand how some women have them throughout their pregnancy and some women have none. I am really not a fan of them at this point because they wake me up a lot a night lately. I always get one when I have to pee, so for the last week my nightly routine is wake up between 2-4 with a bursting bladder with my round ligament hurting really bad because of the combination of a full bladder and a Braxton Hicks.
They are starting to get a little more intense now too. I've been having them since like 20 weeks or something and they really were never annoying before. Sometimes I hardly knew I was having them. I think now that I am so much bigger, when I have them my uterus really pushes into my ribs and stomach and lungs.
Anyway, sleeping this last week has been better than week 33-35 since my Chiropractor fixed my pelvis and I now sleep on my reclining couch every night so as to not mess up my hips. Last night was just bad because I kept waking up to Braxton Hicks, thinking that meant I had to pee but then I would go and there would be hardly anything. Just annoying.
I am excited for when she is here and I can go back to sleeping next to Hubby. (Although I am sure deep down he is loving having the bed to himself. He is in for a rude awakening....)
