The Waddle

I think I may have started to waddle a little, but I never realized that there are several different reasons that can contribute to this. I always assumed it simply happened when you got big enough that you have to waddle to keep balance or because your hips have so much more weight on them.

Sometimes I waddle cause my feet hurt, my back hurts, I'm constipated, and/or sometimes just general discomfort in the crochal region. (I know that's not a real word but I like it better than the V word)

I started having Braxton Hicks yesterday. Actually I think I had been having them before but didn't realize that's what they were. I was probably having a mild ones, but was mistaking them for feeling for the baby turn. Then I would feel my belly and I thought the hardness I was feeling was her back or something.

Yesterday I was watching something on YouTube that was talking about a Braxton Hicks contraction and all of the sudden I was like.....wait a second. Then I had a few that were much stronger than I had ever felt. I guess I was under the assumption that they would cause at least some sort of discomfort since they have the word contraction in them but they are typically painless.

...speaking of...I just got one right now. It basically just feels like tightening and then my whole belly goes hard. No pain.

My working out and eating healthy has been going pretty good. I don't know if it's doing as much as I'd like based on what I weighed at the gym yesterday but I will wait till my next appointment till I weigh myself on their scale to really get concerned.

Oh and my Mom got to feel her kick the other day!! Her and Phil are the only ones so far to feel her. They both also got to see some pretty big kicks from the outside. Phil thought that was pretty crazy looking.

I will try to get a good belly shot this week and maybe do a 25 week questionnaire. I can't believe I'm 25 weeks!

Here is a little perspective. Abigail is just a little smaller than this right now.
