Today I can breathe easy.....literally. I am about 90% sure that she has dropped based on the fact that I can breathe easier and just the different position of her movements. My belly shape just kinda feels different.
In general I didn't feel like she effected my breathing that much, but when I would have Braxton Hicks I could really feel her pushing up into my lungs. There were times that the only reason I knew I was having one was because I all of the sudden couldn't breathe as good. Well last night I was having a ton of them and I could breathe just
fine. If this is the case, hopefully she will be coming in the next two
weeks!
Yesterday I walked around the 3 floors of the Mall of America which is 1.7 miles. Sadly, I barely made it. I had to sit down and rest my pelvis at least 3 times to make it all 3 floors. By the time I left I thought my pelvis was just gonna fall apart. Needless to say, all that walking may have been what did the trick to get her to drop.
I would be ok with her waiting another good week. We are basically ready, but I have a few things on my pre-baby bucket list. Like going on one last hot date with hubby, going to a movie, and hanging out with a few friends one-on-one for one last time.

Braxton Hicks
Braxton Hicks. I don't understand how some women have them throughout their pregnancy and some women have none. I am really not a fan of them at this point because they wake me up a lot a night lately. I always get one when I have to pee, so for the last week my nightly routine is wake up between 2-4 with a bursting bladder with my round ligament hurting really bad because of the combination of a full bladder and a Braxton Hicks.
They are starting to get a little more intense now too. I've been having them since like 20 weeks or something and they really were never annoying before. Sometimes I hardly knew I was having them. I think now that I am so much bigger, when I have them my uterus really pushes into my ribs and stomach and lungs.
Anyway, sleeping this last week has been better than week 33-35 since my Chiropractor fixed my pelvis and I now sleep on my reclining couch every night so as to not mess up my hips. Last night was just bad because I kept waking up to Braxton Hicks, thinking that meant I had to pee but then I would go and there would be hardly anything. Just annoying.
I am excited for when she is here and I can go back to sleeping next to Hubby. (Although I am sure deep down he is loving having the bed to himself. He is in for a rude awakening....)

36 Week Belly Shot
(Sorry for the lack of belly shots lately.)
Getting pretty big! The Midwife said she is really low. I don't know if that means she has "dropped" or not but at this point I'm not gonna focus on if she has or hasn't. She will come when she's ready and that's that. It's so easy to focus on when she'll come but it will only make me go crazy so I've decided to just let all the anxiety go and enjoy these last few weeks of awesome sleep and time alone with Phil. Oh and preparing!

Bah Humbug
**Warning: I'm about to use my blog to complain. If you don't want to hear it, don't read it.**
Ugh....today was rough. Productive, which is something, but rough. (I guess it was rough because it was productive.) Phil and I did a ton of stuff around the house today which meant that I was moving, bending, lifting, folding, cleaning, and organizing; all day. My body is not too happy with me.
I had round ligament pain pretty much all day and I'm starting to think it's because I over did it by doing too much. What does Round Ligament pain feel like? Like someone is stabbing me in my side with a sharp knife. The only thing that would kind of help was a warm pack.
Normally I would have taken a warm Epsom salt bath but Phil had graciously re-caulked the bathtub (which needed to happen badly) and it needed 12 hours to dry.
We had my brother over for dinner and watched some Season One of The Office and I got really tired. I decided to go to bed early cause I figured that would be good for my aching body. For the last week I had been going to bed around midnight but tonight it was about 9:30. I fell asleep, only to wake up at 11:30 when Phil came to bed. Couldn't fall back asleep.
That brings me to right now. I have horrible heartburn. I am out of Tums. I am wide awake. Just needed to vent.

36 Weeks?!
Went back to the Chiropractor for my checkup appointment today. She said everything stayed in place pretty well (meaning my bones didn't get misaligned since I was there last week) but she did do a little more adjusting to my sacrum and pelvis. I have decided I will go back once a week till I deliver since it helped with my pelvic pain so well.
I had my 3rd shower yesterday with my Mom's side of the family. It was awesome as expected. Got a lot of adorable stuff. I had my Mom take pictures with my new camera, set it to Auto thinking all she has to do is point and shoot. Of COURSE I forgot to turn Auto Focus on so out of the 15 pictures she took, only two weren't blurry. Figures.
Little girl moves around so much every day. I love it.
We bought the pack and play which we will have in our bedroom for the first few months for her to sleep in.
Lately I've been starting to get anxious about being more "ready." I know I'm only 36 weeks now (ok well tomorrow I will be) but my nesting has set in and I feel like I need to at least have the items that we need for when she gets here. Aka the pack and play, bathing tub, diaper bag, etc.
Things have been fairly uneventful lately. The usual aches and pains. Hard to put my shoes on. Ligament pain still. Occasional swollen feet. Tons of Braxton Hicks all day long. No signs of labor anytime soon.

| We were going to get a pink one but I thought gender neutral would be better in case our next kid is a boy |

Karate Kid
Just a few Abby kicks...
These movements are extremely small for her. Usually they are a lot bigger but of course the second I turn the video camera on she stops.
